Sticker Quality: Printing, Durability and Water Resistance
I print every sticker myself in Valencia, Spain. Here's what goes into each one, and what you can expect once it's on your gear.
Printed at the highest quality setting
My printer runs on its highest quality setting, so each sheet takes about twice as long to print. It's worth the wait: fine lines and small text stay sharp, and colours come out rich and even.
Laminated against sun and moisture
A protective laminate goes over the print. It filters UV light, which protects the colours a lot, and adds an extra layer of protection against water. It doesn't stop fading completely, though: after a couple of years of direct sun, the colours will start to fade.
Water-resistant, not waterproof
Light rain and damp mornings at the field are fine. What they're not made for is being under water for a long time. I'd rather tell you now than oversell it.
Made for real use
Gear gets thrown in backpacks, bumped around at the field and handled all day. The stickers are made to stay put and keep looking good through all of that.
Comes off clean
Want a new look? Peel it off. It leaves no sticky residue and no marks, so you can redecorate whenever you like.
