What data we collect, and why

• Orders: when you pay, Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address and payment details. We receive your name, email, address and order contents to print and ship your order, and keep them as long as required for accounting (10 years in France). Card details are handled by Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.
• Personalisation: the phone number, email, message or operator ID you type for a QR/ID label is attached to your order so we can print it. Photos you upload or email for custom stickers are used only to make your sticker. Uploaded photos are stored on our server and deleted 90 days after your order ships.
• Emails: when you write to us, we keep the conversation to answer you.
• Newsletter: only if you tick the box in your cart. We then add your email and name to our newsletter list, together with a record of your consent. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us.

We do not sell your data, send newsletters without consent or use advertising trackers.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your cart is saved in your browser's local storage so it's still there when you come back; it never leaves your device until you check out. When you check out, we also note where on the site each item was added to your cart (product page, shop list or a cart suggestion). We only look at this as totals, to see which parts of the shop work, and it's stored with your order. Stripe's checkout page sets cookies needed for secure payment and fraud prevention (see Stripe's privacy policy).

Processors

• Stripe: payments (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland).
• Brevo: sending order emails and the newsletter (France).
• Postal service: your address appears on the parcel.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise them, email info@pinyalabs.com (PinyaLabs – DPO, Ivan Izquierdo). You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and holds no customer accounts or passwords. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your data, we will inform you without delay.

Applicable law

This site and these terms are governed by French law. Where the law allows, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Avignon.
