General Conditions of Sale

These conditions apply to every order placed on dronefpvstickers.com, operated by PinyaLabs – Ivan Izquierdo, Entrepreneur Individuel (SIRET 893 883 751 00016). By placing an order you accept them.

1. Prices

Prices are in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). The price shown in the cart and at checkout, including any quantity discount and shipping, is the final price you pay.

2. Personalised products and returns

All products are printed to order, and many are personalised (QR codes, operator IDs, custom photos). In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised. We therefore do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

If you encounter a quality issue with your order, we're happy to provide a refund or an exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

For custom stickers, you must send your photo or design, either by uploading it after your order or by email to file@dronefpvstickers.com with your order number. Production starts once we receive it. You confirm you have the right to use the images you send.

3. Shipping

We ship by post from Valencia, Spain, to Europe, including Greenland, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, excluding Albania, Armenia, Bosnia, Cyprus, Georgia, Malta, Moldova and Russia. The checkout only offers the countries we deliver to.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–7 business days after purchase. Delivery times then depend on your location and local postal services.

Please double-check your name, address and phone number: once an order has been dispatched, the shipping details can no longer be changed. If a customer rejects a parcel or fails to pay applicable duties, taxes or customs fees, no refund will be provided.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs €2 per order and is free for orders of €15 or more (after discounts). This price may change with postal tariffs; the amount shown at checkout applies. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the purchase has been made, except when an order is lost or damaged.

5. Lost or damaged items

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible. We will either refund you or send a replacement free of charge.

6. Quantity discounts

Quantity discounts are calculated on the total number of items in the cart and applied automatically at checkout. They cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

7. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal (depending on availability). Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

8. Purchase restrictions

There are no age restrictions on purchasing our products.

9. Liability

Water damage is not covered for stickers that are not labelled as waterproof. Regulatory labels (operator ID, class markings) are provided as a convenience: you remain responsible for the information displayed on your drone and for complying with the regulations that apply to you.
