1. Returns and Refunds: Due to the nature of our print-on-demand service, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you encounter any quality issues with your order, we’re happy to provide a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.
2. Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping via post mail. As we are based in Valencia, Spain, delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after purchase.
For international shipping, we currently serve continents including Europe, including Greenland (excluding Albania, Armenia, Bosnia, Cyprus, Georgia, Malta, Moldova, and Russia). Please note that we do not ship to countries outside of these specified continents.
The shipping fee is non-refundable once the final purchase has been made. To ensure smooth international delivery, we request accurate details including address, name, and number. In case any information is changed by the customer once the order has been dispatched, an additional fee might be applied. If a customer rejects or fails to pay the final bill value along with applicable duties, taxes, customs – no refund shall be provided.
